Employment Systems provides individualized services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities and similar service needs. We specialize in the areas of employment, skill development, community supports, social activities, and recreation opportunities.
Day Programming services are designed to help individuals to optimize their personal and social competency to live successfully in the community. Each individual has a personalized plan that addresses choice, interests and needs with a focus on functional skill development, socialization, community integration, behavioral management, emotional well-being and physical health.
Community Employment Services
Through a strengths-based approach, our program provides person-direct services and supports to assist individuals with choosing, gaining, and maintaining competitive employment in integrated community settings. Services are provided on an individualized basis and may include the following: discovery, assessment and vocational preparation, job placement, and ongoing employment supports.
Vocational Training Services
Our Vocational Training services are designed to increase work skills and behaviors in order to assist individuals to achieve their optimal vocational level and prepare individuals for competitive employment. Training activities include the following: document destruction, janitorial tasks and clerical work.
