Things we need to know as Payee to comply with Social Security regulations:

1. When a person starts or stops a job.
2. Earned income – pay stubs from community jobs and/or if working more than one job.
3. Total resources – including personal checking and savings account bank statements.
4. When school attendance stops.
5. When hospitalized for more than 30 days.
6. If confined to jail.
7. If unexpected income is received; inheritance, gambling winnings, etc.
8. If a person gets married, moves or dies.
