• Full-time senior counselor paid time off: 24 hours per month
• Paid time off amounts are based on tenure and begin at 6.67 hour per month of vacation time and 4 hours per month of sick time. Time begins accruing immediately at the start of full time employment.

Part-time Senior Counselors are eligible for:

• 401K retirement. Matching up to 5% of your salary

Professional/Administrative positions are eligible for:
