Persons served, employees, families, volunteers, donors, funding agencies and tax payers are all a part of our community. Respect for diversity enriches our ability to achieve our mission successfully.
When all involved participate together in a spirit of cooperation and respect, we can establish and maintain the highest standards of performance.
Trust, creativity and partnerships are always the result of clear communications. In writing, conversation and decision-making, everyone is responsible for building a common ground of understanding for effective action to take place.
