Finance Department: The Finance Department provides strategic support for business and operational planning, day-to-day financial service to support decision making for the agency, its departments, staff and clients and meets external and internal financial reporting requirements.
Quality Assurance Department: The Quality Assurance Department conducts systematic monitoring and evaluation of services, stakeholder satisfaction, and service documentation. It offers guidance and support with meeting and/or exceeded quality standards and funding regulations.
Behavioral/Mental Health Department: The Behavioral/Mental Health Department develops, teaches and monitors the implementation of proactive and positive behavioral strategies and techniques to decrease and/or replace problematic behaviors which are present in a person's life.
Support Services Department: The Support Services Department manages the agency's human and physical resources so they enhance and support the mission and vision of the organization, and ensures compliance and consistent implementation of applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Information Technology Department: The IT Department ensures that secure, reliable and accessible technology and communication tools are available to staff members, provides training, and project support, and collaborative problem solving to meet the goals of all department and divisions.![]()
