Employment Systems

Employment Systems provides supported employment, nonvocational and facility-based vocational services for adults with developmental disabilities and similar service needs. Many staff are trained to work specifically with individuals with autism.

Fee Information

The fees for our Supported Employment, Work Activity and Adult Day Services are typically paid for by HCBS Waiver, an Individual's County of Legal Settlement or the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. In some cases, it may also be paid directly by the individual or family. Employment Systems staff can provide further detail on our current rates for various services and levels of support.

Referral Process

Employment Systems receives referrals from Work Experience Coordinators, County Case Managers, individuals and family members, Human Services personnel, and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

It is important for the individual to meet with our staff to ask questions about what we offer and to share needs and goals with us. In a first meeting with our staff, we will talk about interests and the type of help the individual is likely to need to be successful.
