Q: When do I get my raise?

A: As of July 1, 2011, all Vocational Instructors, Community Support Instructors, Job Coaches and all part and full time Counselors receive a $0.25 raise automatically at 6 months, and then annually thereafter.

Q: How long is the typical application process?

A: After you submit an application online or at our main office in Iowa City, within 1-2 weeks you will receive a phone call for an interview or a letter in the mail. Following the interview, if offered a position, a background check and initial training class will be required before beginning.

Q: I lost my Wellmark or Delta Dental ID cards. How do I get a new card?

A: You can contact the companies directly to order a new one.
