Employee Assistance Program
All employees of Systems Unlimited are eligible for services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Services include brief counseling as well as referrals and case management.
Employees may receive up to 3 free, confidential sessions with a professional coordinated through UI Behavioral Health. Locations of services include Mercy Care Centers in several communities as well as the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Employees can call 800-383-6694, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to speak with a telephone counselor who will facilitate the appropriate services. Lost your Wellmark or Delta Dental ID cards? You can contact the companies directly to order a new one.

Want to completely cancel a current policy? Wellmark, PPL, Delta, or voluntary life? Submit this form to Mary - all changes will be effective the end of the current month in which the form is received.
Need to make changes to your current policy, i.e. drop/add dependents, apply for new coverage, etc? Contact Mary to set up an appointment or ask a question.
Need to find a Delta or Wellmark network provider? Need information on your benefits plan? Deductible, co-pay, etc? Search online, call customer server (see information above), or contact Mary.

Benefits Coverage FAQ's
Question: I have recently been hired for or transferred into a full time position? When am I eligible for benefits and how do I learn about them?
Answer: You are eligible for the benefits package the next first of the month after a thirty day waiting period. For example. if you begin full time on 2/10/10, you are eligible for benefits on 4/1/10. If you begin full time exactly on the first of the month, you are eligible that very next first of the month (go FT 3/1, eligible 4/1).
